Shipping Policy:
All orders ship within 1-2 business days from our distribution center in St. Charles, Missouri. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
- Occasionally we offer shipping promotions to our customers.
- Qualifying amount must be met AFTER any promotion or discount is applied.
- Free shipping promotions apply to only standard shipping times and are not eligible for any expedited shipping options.
- Only the 48 contiguous states are eligible.
- Additional shipping charges will apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Priority Mail Express Shipping:
Additional costs will be required for overnight shipping. FR & Co is not responsible for shipping errors if the incorrect shipping address is given. Overnight shipments cannot be delivered on Sundays.
Orders placed by 10:00AM CST Monday through Friday will be delivered next business day (some locations excluded).
Orders placed after 10:00AM CST Monday through Friday will be delivered the second business day.
Not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Not guaranteed for P.O. Boxes.

Cancelled Orders:
FR & Co processes orders in a quick, timely manner to ensure you receive your package on time. Once your order is placed, it goes straight to our distribution center for processing. If your order is in processing or already processed then it cannot be cancelled. Typically, orders must be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.
Track Your Order:
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking number is available.
